JetBlue has launched TrueBlue Travel, the new identity for its travel booking platform (formerly known as Paisly by JetBlue), introducing a wider array of redemption options and increased value for loyal TrueBlue members. This expanded platform lets members earn and redeem points not only for flights, but now also for hotels, car rentals, and complete travel packages booked directly through TrueBlue Travel.
TrueBlue Travel aims to provide a seamless, all-in-one booking experience, linking every element of a customer’s trip under JetBlue’s loyalty umbrella. Members can use their TrueBlue points for JetBlue flights, as well as for standalone hotels, packaged flight + hotel deals, and car rentals—all in one integrated portal. To celebrate the launch, JetBlue is offering 2X Tiles (loyalty status credits) on car and hotel bookings made through TrueBlue Travel from August 5–8, 2025, for travel completed by November 30, 2025.
The upgrade comes as part of JetBlue’s larger “JetForward” strategy, which focuses on making the airline more resilient and customer-centric and expanding the power of its award-winning loyalty program. TrueBlue members will find more opportunities for reward redemptions, greater flexibility in planning trips, and increased ease in maximizing their points’ value—even for bookings that don’t involve JetBlue flights.
