Qatar Airways has been awarded the world’s best airline for 2022 by an aviation safety and product rating organization located in Australia. For the second year in a row, the Doha-based carrier triumphed against Air New Zealand, Etihad Airways, and Korean Air.
The airline was praised for its dedication to flying throughout the pandemic, during which it made a record profit while incurring losses on many capped trips. Qatar Airways was also acknowledged for its product innovation and industry leadership.
