Saudi Arabia has officially launched TOURISE, an ambitious new global platform designed to chart the course for the next 50 years of tourism. Unveiled by the country’s Minister of Tourism, Ahmed Al-Khateeb, TOURISE aims to unite leaders from across the public and private sectors—including experts in tourism, technology, investment, sustainability, and culture—to tackle industry challenges and unlock transformative opportunities.
The platform is more than just an event; it will operate year-round, fostering digital collaboration, thematic working groups, and cross-sector partnerships. TOURISE will also produce white papers and global indices on tourism, sustainability, and economic impact, in partnership with leading international organizations. The inaugural TOURISE Summit is scheduled for November 11-13, 2025, in Riyadh, and will focus on themes such as AI-powered tourism, disruptive business models, travel experience innovation, and sustainable tourism. An Innovation Zone at the summit will showcase cutting-edge solutions from startups to major corporations.
