Yanolja Cloud, an AI-based SaaS solutions firm, has recently announced its acquisition of Go Global Travel (GGT), a B2B travel technology company based in Israel.
GGT is renowned for distributing a vast inventory of over one million hotels and various travel products to more than 20,000 client partners. With its establishment in 2000, GGT operates globally and specializes in the distribution of hotel and resort rooms, airline tickets, and car rentals.
GGT primarily serves the North American and European markets, maintaining over 50,000 direct contracts and collaborating with more than 10,000 sales channels. The acquisition, facilitated by AMI Opportunities Fund, will significantly enhance Yanolja Cloud’s distribution capabilities. It is expected to bring substantial benefits to both new and existing customers of Yanolja Cloud and GGT, including expanded global reach for businesses and increased travel options for travelers.
As part of the agreement, GGT partner properties and other travel-related services will be made accessible through Yanolja’s B2C platform businesses, namely Yanolja and Interpark.
Additionally, Yanolja Cloud plans to leverage GGT’s platform channels and collaborate with online and offline travel agencies worldwide to distribute its Asian inventory effectively.
Kim Jong-yoon, the co-CEO of Yanolja Cloud, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “We welcome Go Global Travel, which will help us further our vision of leading the digital transformation of hospitality and leisure.”
Yanolja Cloud, established in 2019, operates as a subsidiary of Yanolja, a prominent company in the industry.
