Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese football sensation, has opened his fifth hotel in Marrakech, Morocco. The Manchester United player already owns the Pestana CR7 Lifestyle hotel brand, which includes locations in Lisbon, Madrid, New York, and his native Madeira.
Ronaldo’s newest Marrakech luxury hotel features 174 rooms. The prices of the rooms range from around £158 to about £372 each night. The luxury hotel’s rooftop pool area provides a bird’s-eye view of the adjacent Atlas Mountains.
“When I opened the first hotel with the Pestana Group in 2016, our ambition was to create an international brand. Since that first milestone in Madeira, followed by Lisbon, we’ve expanded to Madrid and New York. Marrakech represents my connection to a country I am passionate about, and where I am always made to feel most welcome,” Ronaldo said.
The athlete is known for his good eating habits, and it has been revealed that his new hotel will have a menu centered on nutritious meals and beverages.
