Chalet Hotels Limited, a prominent player in the hospitality industry, is excited to launch its 100-Day Wellness Challenge, a strategic initiative aimed at fostering a culture of health and well-being among its workforce. The 100-Day Wellness Challenge commenced on December 22, 2023, and will conclude on March 31, 2024.
With a strong commitment to the holistic development of its employees, this challenge aims to encourage positive lifestyle changes and cultivate fitness habits over the course of 100 days. The challenge will first be rolled out to employees at the corporate office and site, followed by hotel associates in the second phase.
Recognizing the crucial role of employee well-being, Chalet Hotels Limited has carefully designed this challenge to inspire its workforce to prioritize their overall health. By promoting healthy habits and active lifestyles, the company is dedicated to nurturing a thriving workforce that excels both personally and professionally.
Throughout the 100-day period, employees will have access to comprehensive health check-ups, providing valuable insights into their overall well-being. These assessments will cover various health metrics such as cholesterol levels, blood pressure, BMI, body composition analysis, and more. Equipped with this vital information, employees can make informed decisions and take proactive steps towards improving their health.
Commenting on this initiative, Mugdha Mahambrey, Assistant General Manager – Human Resources at Chalet Hotels Limited, said: “The well-being of our employees has always been a top priority at Chalet Hotels Limited. The 100-Day Wellness Challenge embodies our commitment to fostering a healthy lifestyle and creating a work environment that prioritizes well-being. Through active participation, we believe our employees will experience increased energy levels, improved productivity, and overall happiness.”
