Hilton has signed Tempo by Hilton Times Square, which is set to open in 2023 as the global debut of Hilton’s newest brand.
The 661-room lifestyle hotel is managed by Hilton and owned by L&L Holding Company and Fortress Investment Group. It is located at TSX Broadway, the city’s new 46-story entertainment and hospitality destination that will also house TSX Entertainment, a next-generation entertainment company that will empower the world’s most innovative artists and fans to stage the moments that define pop culture. Tempo by Hilton is a contemporary lifestyle hotel brand built for the ambitious, modern traveler, and is a fitting compliment to the excitement of Times Square.

TSX Entertainment, a newly created entertainment and technology platform available only at TSX Broadway, will also provide onsite entertainment and performance programs to hotel guests. The hotel is an important component of the exciting new entertainment and retail complex.
The 550,000-square-foot TSX Broadway is Times Square’s newest 550,000-square-foot skyscraper, bringing immersive retail, integrated signage, and cutting-edge entertainment areas to the Western Hemisphere’s most visited corner. Along with Tempo by Hilton Times Square, TSX Broadway will house the historic Palace Theatre, which is undergoing comprehensive rehabilitation and restoration. The work will restore the inside of the theater to its former splendor while also incorporating modern and required infrastructure and technology into the 109-year-old edifice.
