As the hospitality industry begins to recover from pandemic lows, hoteliers need to increase functionality of their apps, which may help increase efficiency of hotel operations and produce a better guest experience.
Quore, the leading provider of workflow management and productivity solutions for hotels, has added additional elements to its Cleanings Plus application as it approaches the 5,000-hotel landmark.
As hotels anticipate welcoming more guests again, this new feature from Quore is expected to bring a deeper degree of quality optimization across all levels of housekeeping operations.
The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant influence on the hotel business but Quore remained dedicated to its clients, providing tailored programs and support to assist them in navigating company operations during a crisis. Quore kept 80% of its clients in 2020 and generated a 34% year-over-year customer increase from 2020 to 2021.
The new Cleanings Plus features will allow the company’s increasing client base to drive greater efficiency into everyday procedures, continue to grow revenue, and provide better experiences for hotel guests.
Cleanings Plus by Quore is a real-time, cloud-based program that automates notifications and records cleaning effectiveness. The new Quore features provide customers a second choice for tracking progress in credits—units that are weighted by room size and cleaning type, such as stayover, deep clean, and so on.
This improvement allows senior housekeepers to produce a more precise and configurable evaluation of housekeeping efficiency, calculate staffing needs, and divide duties more evenly.
“Quore has allowed our properties to push efficiency even further throughout our entire team,” said Dev Patel, Co-Founder at Mission Hospitality.
