A Job Fair For Hospitality Sector To Be Held on Aug 17, 2021

A job fair will be held for the hospitality industry workers on August 17, 2021 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, from 10 AM up to 7 M.

The job fair will be free for job seekers and will include positions ranging from entry level to managerial level. The fair is being organized in order to help people find opportunities in the hospitality sector and also help restaurant and hotel owners find suitable staff for their operations.

The hospitality sector is reeling from the effects of the pandemic. As different cities re-open and return back to normal, the hotel industry seems to be making good progress towards recovery. However it has been hit with another problem, that of labor shortage.

The industry has been struggling to find sufficient number of workers to cater to the increasing guest demand. The job fair, it is hoped, will help hoteliers find and recruit suitable candidates so that they can manage their operations properly.
