The group, known for its steadfast representation through brands like Novotel, Mercure, and ibis, has executed management agreements for 69 properties, adding over 16,500 keys to its diverse portfolio.

ibis Styles Phuket Bangtao (Thailand): Accor strengthens its presence in Thailand with the signing of ibis Styles Phuket Bangtao, a newly built hotel set to open in 2025. With 140 keys, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and gym, the hotel in vibrant Bangtao adds to Accor’s network, making it the largest international hotel operator in Thailand.
Novotel Jakarta Pulo Mas (Indonesia): Accor announces the signing of Novotel Jakarta Pulo Mas, a 36-floor hotel in East Jakarta offering 175 rooms, dining options, a fitness center, spa, and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel promises a serene atmosphere with a bird’s-eye view of Jakarta.
Mercure Cat Tien and ibis Styles Cat Tien (Vietnam): Accor manages two hotels in the Imperial Oasis Quy Nhon project in Binh Dinh province, featuring Mercure and ibis Styles brands. Opening in 2027, the hotels in the Cat Tien gateway urban area align with Accor’s strategic focus on coastal economic development in Vietnam.
Swissôtel Bangkok Pratunam (Thailand): Swissôtel Pratunam Bangkok, set to open in early 2027, redefines urban sophistication in Bangkok’s premier shopping district. With 325 rooms, a rooftop infinity pool, world-class spa, and exquisite dining options, the hotel promises a luxurious stay.
Grand Mercure Goa Candolim (India): Scheduled to welcome guests in Q2 2024, Grand Mercure Goa Candolim becomes the 7th Grand Mercure in India. With 87 rooms, dining options, a banquet hall, fitness, and spa facilities, the hotel aims to make a significant impact on Goa’s dynamic hospitality scene.
