For the 10th anniversary of the MALT Congress, industry titans gathered to debate a wide variety of themes related to travel, examine today’s passengers and changes in the business, and network and engage with their counterparts.
Discover Moscow, an initiative launched by the Moscow Committee for Tourism, has collaborated with the 10th annual MALT Congress as its official Tourism Partner.
“Tourism has undergone a significant transformation as a result of the COVID-19 since the public opinion of travel has shifted. Tourists are increasingly seeking safety, exclusivity, and even human touch. We needed to learn how to handle new requirements from passengers today, such as Arab vacationers requesting exclusivity”, says Anastasia, a luxury travel industry spokesperson.
The tenth-anniversary edition of the annual MALT Congress presented an ideal platform for GCC buyers and suppliers to get together and network to debate the current trajectory of the travel industry and examine the changes in priority for the modern traveler.
