Hyatt Hotels Corporation has planned to operate Hotel Toranomon Hills, which is scheduled to debut in late 2023.
The 205-key hotel, located in the heart of Tokyo’s booming business area as part of the new Toranomon Hills Station Tower, will mark the launch of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand in Tokyo and the second hotel in Japan. Hotel Toranomon Hills is designed to be an accessible, functional, and comfortable hotel that provides easy access to and from Haneda International Airport as well as being within walking distance of innovation hubs, retail centers, art galleries, and other attractions via underground and elevated walkways.
To appeal to business professionals, the hotel will have a trademark restaurant, a café, and a bar, as well as a social area with co-working stations, conference spaces, complimentary refreshments, a relaxation zone, and shower facilities.
Hyatt’s vice president of Japan and Micronesia Sam Sakamura said: “We are thrilled for these plans to debut The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand to Tokyo with Hotel Toranomon Hills as part of the landmark Toranomon Hills Station Tower, which will be a cosmopolitan focal point within Tokyo’s newest and innovative business hub for international citizens.”
The future Toranomon Hills Station Tower, which will hold office space, restaurants, and a multipurpose complex, will be immediately connected to Toranomon Hills Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya subway line. Hotel Toranomon Hills will occupy a portion of the tower’s first level as well as floors 11 through 14.
