Maimi Will See A New Joined Concept With YOTEL And YOTELPAD

In downtown Miami, YOTEL will debut the world’s first combined YOTEL and YOTELPAD model. YOTEL Miami offers bedrooms, but YOTELPAD, located directly above the hotel, offers apartment-style pads. Guests may enjoy on-site restaurants, a pool deck, and a gym in a contemporary setting.

Travelers may also check-in in less than a minute using self-service kiosks, access their rooms with SmartKey mobile entry, manage in-room mood lighting, and take advantage of concierge robot amenity delivery.

“As YOTEL continues to push boundaries in the hospitality industry, we’re proud to launch our first-ever hotel and pad concept in flourishing Downtown Miami.YOTEL Miami and YOTELPAD Miami are unique in that there’s something for everyone, regardless of the length of stay. As our third U.S. opening in less than two years, we’re delighted to continue to expand the U.S. footprint and bring travelers the latest in a seamless, smart stay,” said Hubert Viriot, CEO of YOTEL.

The 231 apartment-style rooms at YOTELPAD Miami range in price from one night to monthly. Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom accommodations all have a full kitchen with appliances, dishware, a washer and dryer, a living area with a bespoke Murphy bed, and a balcony.

YOTELPAD Miami guests may utilize daily cleaning service as well as public areas and facilities since it is an extension of YOTEL Miami with the same quality of service and experiences.

Mazeh, a tapas-style Middle-Eastern restaurant, is located on the ground level of YOTEL Miami. Shareable appetizers and specialty beverages are available at the restaurant.

Guests will discover the property’s pool and restaurant Float, an outdoor lounge where they can enjoy cocktails and light meals, located 12 storeys above with views of Biscayne Bay. On the grounds, there is also a grand-and-go location.

Aria Development Group and Aqarat have collaborated to create YOTEL Miami and YOTELPAD Miami.
