In recognition of September Hunger Action Month, Omni Hotels & Resorts announced intentions to give 750,000 meals to Feeding America. The company is raising awareness about food insecurity by involving guests, local communities where its hotels are situated, and colleagues in a variety of countrywide activations.
The campaign will take a three-city tour throughout the United States, with an Omni Hotels & Resorts-branded hot-air balloon flying at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort in Frisco, Texas; The Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia; and the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Omni Hotels & Resorts is giving numerous opportunities for guests and the general public to participate in this project, including doubling donations based on reservations and contributing to drinks served on-site.

The hot-air balloon will make its debut on September 13 at Omni PGA Frisco Resort, followed by The Omni Homestead Resort on September 15, and will conclude its tour on September 19 at Omni Atlanta at CNN Center in Centennial Park. The balloons will assist raise awareness of the Feeding America mission in recognition of Hunger Action Month and carry the word for a countrywide call to action, in addition to generating visuals and allowing access to three of Omni’s hotels.
Hunger Action Month activations are part of Omni Hotels & Resorts Say Goodnight to Hunger initiative, which was launched in June 2016 to support the more than 42 million Americans who live with food scarcity.
