Singapore Airlines is embarking on a $45 million ($34.1 million) transformation of its SilverKris and KrisFlyer Gold lounges at Changi Airport’s Terminal 2, aiming to elevate premium travel experiences by mid-2027.
The phased renovations, starting April 15, 2025, will expand lounge space by 50% and introduce upgraded dining, seating, and amenities inspired by the airline’s acclaimed Terminal 3 lounges.
First-Class Upgrades Lead the Way
The First Class SilverKris Lounge will debut by late 2025 with floor-to-ceiling windows, higher ceilings, and live cooking stations serving Singaporean, Asian, and Western dishes. A revamped bar will offer barista services in the morning and premium beverages later.
The Business Class SilverKris Lounge, expanding by 30% from late 2025, adds recliners, productivity pods, and a full-service bar. Meanwhile, the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge will double in size by 2026, introducing shower suites and dedicated workspaces.
