Air New Zealand has introduced an upgraded Airpoints experience, enhancing its loyalty program for members.
Here are the main features of this new initiative:
Revamped Digital Interface: The Airpoints program now boasts a modernized dashboard that provides a more user-friendly experience.
This new design allows members to easily view their benefits, account activity, and Airpoints balance, making navigation simpler and more intuitive.
Increased Flexibility in Sharing Points: Members can now share their Airpoints Dollars with up to ten people within New Zealand. This feature fosters a sense of community and allows users to help friends and family enjoy the benefits of the loyalty program.
Simplified Tier Review Process: The process for reviewing membership tiers has been streamlined, enabling members to access their benefits more quickly and efficiently.
Future Enhancements Planned: Air New Zealand has announced plans for further improvements to the Airpoints program over the next year. This includes the introduction of new tiers and benefits for Silver, Gold, and Elite members, as well as better recognition and upgrade processes.
These enhancements are part of Air New Zealand’s broader strategy to modernize its loyalty program and provide greater value to its 4.6 million Airpoints members.
