Through a seamless integration between EMMA, the Group’s unified technology platform, and MeetingPackage’s booking software, Radisson Hotel Group can now utilize MeetingPackage as a channel management solution to connect with third-party vendors. This integration opens up new opportunities for external organizers and third-party event vendors to explore and book Radisson Hotel Group’s meeting and event venues effortlessly.
Furthermore, Radisson Hotel Group showcased its leadership in integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into immersive experiences and streamlining the MICE booking process. The Group, in collaboration with HeadBox, revealed plans to incorporate HeadBox 3D Studio, a tool that enables users to create immersive guided tours within minutes by combining 3D tours with AI-generated narrator videos.
